ExplorUS is a family-owned company with nearly 30 years of experience operating National, State, and local park concessions. Over the years we have worked to enhance, elevate, and complement the visitors' experience at each park, landmark, and property we operate. We are seeking a Treasury Clerk to support daily treasury operations, including banking, cash management, and payment processing. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on treasury experience while contributing to the efficiency of our financial operations. Reporting to the Treasury Analyst, this role will be based out of our Overland Park, KS corporate office.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and maintain bank accounts and records.
• Set up and update merchant accounts to support payment processing.
• Monitor daily cash balances and prepare cash reports.
• Assist with monthly close activities and treasury reporting, including providing documentation to accountants.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to optimize cash management policies and ensure accurate reporting.
• Partner with operations to implement and monitor cash-handling practices that safeguard company assets.
• Troubleshoot payment processing and banking-related issues with operations.
• Receive, process, and deposit company checks into the appropriate accounts.
• Other duties as requested.

Qualifications

ExplorUS offers a compensation package in the $55-$60k range plus a comprehensive benefit package.
