job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform patient histories, physical examinations, and spine-focused assessments Order, review, and interpret diagnostic studies (X-ray, MRI, CT, EMG, etc.) Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Provide patient education regarding spine conditions, treatment options, and rehabilitation plans Manage conservative therapies (injections, medications, bracing, and therapy referrals) Conduct post-operative visits and wound checks Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR Communicate with referring providers and care team members Participate in quality improvement and clinical research initiatives (as applicable) Maintain compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Current and active licenses and certifications Excellent customer service skills Demonstrated conflict management skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail Operating room experience preferred
