Description & Duties

We are hiring a team member that will be our in-house construction lead. This person will help on job sites with the following tasks :

• Carpentry
• Framing
• Drywall
• Painting
• Minor plumbing
• Minor electrical
• Doors / Windows
• Hang new doors, refinish, patch, repair & install hardware
• Drywall : patch, hang new sheets, tape, mud, skim & texture
• Tile installation (Walls, floors, backsplash, etc.)
• Framing (Walls, niches, pony walls, etc.)
• Painting (Interior)
• Maintain accurate records on job completion
