Job Posting Title : Automation Developer

Job Description :

Heitmeyer Consulting is currently seeking an Automation Developer for a long-term contract role with one of our financial services clients in Columbus, Ohio. The candidate will provide automation solutions for applications encompassing both test and task, driving efforts to delivery with automation and assisting in automation of both data & environment.

Job Responsibilities :

Design & maintain automation scripts using RestAssured framework for task delivery, which include reports, data management, and environment setup.
Collaborates with the Business, BSA and Development teams in the analysis, review and translation of User Stories to ensure testability, coverage, and to create and execute test cases for large business initiatives. Automate these test cases and execute on regular basis.
Develop and implement well-defined test automation framework.
Collaborate with the delivery organization to ensure maximize efficiency in the use of software delivery tools and processes.

Basic Qualifications :

Must have experience in building automation script using RestAssured

Experienced working in middleware / REST APIs

Automation experience with industry standard testing / development and quality assurance methodologies and validation processes.

Preferred Qualifications :

Financial Services experience
