.Net Developer

Job Description : Hybrid based out of Austin, TX onsite - days a week. Key Responsibilities :

• Technical & Delivery o Own the development of components from design to deployment. o Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with company objectives. o Be part of the agile team and provide estimates, status updates in collaboration with Product Manager and the dev team. o Prototype and validate technical solutions to meet business requirements. o Contribute effectively to coding, design, and architecture reviews. o Synchronize deliverables across onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful product releases.
• Development Excellence o Build and maintain robust server-side applications using C and .NET. o Lead the design and development of REST and SOAP-based Web Service APIs in a transaction-heavy environment. o Execute on database development for adding new CRUD operations and optimizing query implementation. o Utilize TDD / BDD methodologies to achieve high software quality standards. o Contribute to performance engineering, CI / CD improvements, and application reliability.
• Process Improvement o Identify and mitigate project risks early through proactive planning. o Support Release Managers to improve deployment processes. o Collaborate Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) on Chaos Engineering and Observability for your project.
