The IT Support / Technology Coordinator provides technical support across desktop, network, application, and web systems. This role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of the company’s technology infrastructure while supporting day-to-day operations.
The coordinator also contributes to broader business planning by recognizing new technology trends and helping adapt systems accordingly. Responsibilities include onboarding new users, deploying software and hardware, maintaining documentation, and protecting company data and intellectual property.
This job requires access to a FULL TIME automobile and you must live in the Salt Lake area! This position is HYBRID - MWF in office, T / TH remote. The shift is 6am-2 : 30pm. Requires someone who is dependable and reliable.
Requirements :
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Operations
- First line support for all technical trouble tickets
- Provide desktop and remote support for hardware / software issues
- In office troubleshooting and hardware replacements
- Perform PC setup, configuration, deployment, and desktop support
- New user onboarding / terminated user offboarding
- Respond to and manage IT help desk tickets
- Troubleshoot spyware, virus issues, and software conflicts
- Administer email, user accounts, network, and printer access
- Perform software installations and updates
- Maintain inventory of IT supplies and equipment
Systems & Network
Support Microsoft Windows-based network, Active Directory, ExchangeHelp manage infrastructure and system reliabilityProvide basic Cisco telecom adds / moves / changesAssist with diagnostic testing and minor hardware fixesWeb & Platform Support
Edit and update orders and transactions on public websitesAdminister access to web-based platforms (e.g., WCSA, LEO, Salesforce)Planning and configuration of Salesforce tools (e.g., Linkpoint and Dialsource)Participate in QA testing for new web features and toolsPartner relations and communication of vendor related issuesDocumentation & Projects
Document technical procedures and user onboarding stepsContribute to project tracking tools (e.g., Gantt charts) if applicableAssist with project deployments and updatesProfessional Development
Attend regular team meetings and performance reviewsStay updated through internal trainings and researchShare suggestions to improve tools, systems, or processesIf applicable, learn about and get certified for CompTIA A+Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent requiredHigh Speed Internet with speeds of at least 20 mbps upload and 20 mbps downloadMinimum of 40 wpm typing speed2+ years in IT support or related field preferredProficient in : Microsoft Office, Windows OS, Email systemsFamiliar with : Davinci Virtual, Davinci Meetingrooms, Salesforce, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Entra AdminNetworking, security, Unix / Linux experience is a plusStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsAble to lift up to 20 lbs and work at a desk most of the dayGood verbal and written communicationSelf-motivated, fast learner, team player, think outside of the boxWorking Conditions
