Reports to : VP of Technology

Location : Hybrid (Office as needed; Remote capable)

The IT Support / Technology Coordinator provides technical support across desktop, network, application, and web systems. This role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of the company’s technology infrastructure while supporting day-to-day operations.

The coordinator also contributes to broader business planning by recognizing new technology trends and helping adapt systems accordingly. Responsibilities include onboarding new users, deploying software and hardware, maintaining documentation, and protecting company data and intellectual property.

This job requires access to a FULL TIME automobile and you must live in the Salt Lake area! This position is HYBRID - MWF in office, T / TH remote. The shift is 6am-2 : 30pm. Requires someone who is dependable and reliable.

Requirements :

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Operations

  • First line support for all technical trouble tickets
  • Provide desktop and remote support for hardware / software issues
  • In office troubleshooting and hardware replacements
  • Perform PC setup, configuration, deployment, and desktop support
  • New user onboarding / terminated user offboarding
  • Respond to and manage IT help desk tickets
  • Troubleshoot spyware, virus issues, and software conflicts
  • Administer email, user accounts, network, and printer access
  • Perform software installations and updates
  • Maintain inventory of IT supplies and equipment

Systems & Network

  • Support Microsoft Windows-based network, Active Directory, Exchange
  • Help manage infrastructure and system reliability
  • Provide basic Cisco telecom adds / moves / changes
  • Assist with diagnostic testing and minor hardware fixes
  • Web & Platform Support

  • Edit and update orders and transactions on public websites
  • Administer access to web-based platforms (e.g., WCSA, LEO, Salesforce)
  • Planning and configuration of Salesforce tools (e.g., Linkpoint and Dialsource)
  • Participate in QA testing for new web features and tools
  • Partner relations and communication of vendor related issues
  • Documentation & Projects

  • Document technical procedures and user onboarding steps
  • Contribute to project tracking tools (e.g., Gantt charts) if applicable
  • Assist with project deployments and updates
  • Professional Development

  • Attend regular team meetings and performance reviews
  • Stay updated through internal trainings and research
  • Share suggestions to improve tools, systems, or processes
  • If applicable, learn about and get certified for CompTIA A+
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • High Speed Internet with speeds of at least 20 mbps upload and 20 mbps download
  • Minimum of 40 wpm typing speed
  • 2+ years in IT support or related field preferred
  • Proficient in : Microsoft Office, Windows OS, Email systems
  • Familiar with : Davinci Virtual, Davinci Meetingrooms, Salesforce, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Entra Admin
  • Networking, security, Unix / Linux experience is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs and work at a desk most of the day
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, team player, think outside of the box
  • Working Conditions

  • Indoor office work which includes 3 days per week in office – requiring transportation
  • Sitting at a desk with a computer and monitoring tools during entire shift
  • Occasional physical work like moving equipment – not to exceed 20 pounds
  • Some flexibility in schedule during off-peak tasks
