    Your Role as an HVAC Installer

    As a Residential HVAC Installer , you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy optimal comfort by installing top-quality heating and air conditioning systems. Your work will directly contribute to our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction. If you're someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations and is committed to doing the job right, we want you on our team!

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Install HVAC systems to company standards, ensuring top-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Work on a variety of residential heating and cooling systems, including gas and electric furnaces , heat pumps , and refrigerant systems
  • Install and design ductwork systems that align with functional and safety codes
  • Ensure all systems are tested, balanced, and functioning correctly before leaving the job site
  • Train and mentor junior team members , providing guidance and expertise
  • Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Engage with customers to address concerns and provide practical solutions to meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and obtain NATE Installer Certifications (we'll help you keep your skills current!)

    • What You Bring to the Table

    To be successful in this role, we're looking for someone with experience, knowledge, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have :

  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience , including sheet metal work and ductwork installation
  • Proficiency in residential and light commercial HVAC systems (gas, electric, heat pumps, refrigerants, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • The ability to train and supervise others while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Solid safety knowledge when working with tools and equipment
  • Knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems and code requirements for installations
  • A commitment to excellence in customer service and job performance
  • Willingness to invest in your trade tools and maintain them over time
  • Comfortable working at heights using ladders and aerial equipment
