Job Description : Role Summary

As a Consulting Partner in Wipro's Consumer - Retail Management Consulting practice, you will be accountable for driving growth, shaping client transformation agendas, and delivering measurable business outcomes for leading retail and consumer brands. You will lead major accounts, originate high-value consulting and transformation deals, and bring together Wipro's strategy, design, digital, and technology capabilities to solve critical industry challenges.

This role is for a senior client-facing leader with a track record of selling and delivering transformative consulting engagements in the retail sector - from omnichannel growth strategy and customer experience redesign to supply chain and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of management consulting and / or senior retail industry leadership experience, with proven Partner- or Principal-level responsibility.
• Demonstrated success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar transformation programs in the retail sector.
• Deep expertise in one or more of : omnichannel strategy, digital commerce, merchandising optimization, category management, customer loyalty, or supply chain modernization.
• Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and margin targets for a consulting portfolio.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; retail industry certifications or relevant technical credentials are a plus.

Skills & Behaviors

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $190,000.00 to $265,000.00.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
