Position : Payment Applications Specialist

Location : Tempe, AZ

Pay Rate : $22 / hr (Potential for pay increase upon conversion)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8AM-4 : 30PM or 7 : 30AM-4PM

Work Style : Hybrid, 2 days in office (after training)

Overview :

We’re hiring a Payment Processing Specialist to join our client’s team in Tempe. This role plays a key part in keeping financial operations running smoothly by accurately posting customer payments and supporting invoice activities. If you’re detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do :

• Post a high volume of customer payments throughout the day
• Download payment files from a bank lockbox and ensure accurate posting
• Work within a large ERP platform to manage payment records
• Help resolve any payment discrepancies with internal teams
• Support invoice operations by printing and mailing customer statements when onsite
• Follow company procedures and maintain compliance standards
