Exciting Sales Opportunity for Relationship-Driven Reps in the Commercial Building Industry (Non-Bid Work Focus)
Are you a proven sales rep with deep relationships in the commercial construction space ? Are you well-connected with design-build general contractors, geotechnical engineering firms, or capital improvement contacts within government agencies like the DOT ? If so, this opportunity could be a perfect fit.
We're partnering with a client that values strategic relationships over transactional sales . Were not looking for someone chasing bid-lists. Were searching for experienced sales reps who are the trusted advisor the person decision-makers call when things go sideways or when a unique solution is needed fast.
What Makes This Role Unique?
Youll be representing a diverse, differentiated suite of structural and soil stabilization solutions , including :
Carbon Fiber Reinforcement Systems
Micropiling
Polyurethane Soil Stabilization
These products are used in high-value, emergency or specialty projects not low-margin roadway jobs . We want people who understand how to present solutions and expand scope with clients, not someone waiting on the low-bid tab.
The Ideal Rep Has :
Established relationships with commercial design-build general contractors who are actively building mid-to-large-scale structures (not low-bid municipal roads).
A strong network of geotechnical engineering firms involved in structural design andgeostabilization.
Connections inside state and DOT agencies , specifically with capital improvement teams or maintenance contacts responsible for emergency projects .
These are not bid work contacts. We want someone vendors call when urgent, non-bid emergency construction or stabilization is required.
A mindset for solution selling working with contractors and engineers upfront in the design process to influence specifications and secure work before it reaches a bid phase.
A strong track record in bringing their book of business over we love reps who remain the go-to person regardless of the name on the business card.
What Youre Doing Day-to-Day :
Drumming up traffic by regularly touching base with contacts in your network.
Collaborating with engineers and GCs to lay the groundwork early and position our solutions at the design level.
Becoming the go-to in your territory for accelerated, high-quality repair and reinforcement products.
Not chasing price. Were about solving problems , expanding the scope of work, and introducing cutting-edge stabilization and structural solutions.
