Project Manager

Hybrid - 4 days onsite in Greenwood Village, CO

Our client, a leader in their industry, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate : $40 - $50 / hr. W2

Responsibilities

  • Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
  • Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.
  • Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
  • Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
  • Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.
  • Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
  • Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.
  • Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word. 0 - 2 years of experience

Experience Requirements

  • Skilled in managing full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Proficient in developing project plans, driving milestones, and coordinating day-to-day activities across teams.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder engagement and change management.
  • Experienced in preparing documentation, status reports, and budgets with attention to detail and analytical rigor.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word for project tracking and reporting.
