JLL is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our team!

This exciting opportunity is responsible for providing reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets. The purpose of this role is to develop robust analysis in determining reliability of assets, components, equipment, and processes in accordance with JLLs enhanced Reliability & Asset Management program. Data is extracted from connected systems and used to continually improve maintenance programs to meet outcomes-based performance measures. Moreover, this role oversees root cause failure analysis (RCFA) of equipment failures to determine the required corrective action for the situation including cost avoidance, return on investment, alternative options, and action plans that comply with client intentions to maximize reliability and efficiency of their assets.

Position Responsibility of ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Recognizes that assignments are broad in nature and require appreciable originality and ingenuity to complete them and considerable latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions.

Asset Management

• Works under general direction of Engineering Services Reliability & Asset Management platform for instruction in deploying clients strategic asset management plan with matrix reporting back to the client's lead engineer (FM).
• Integrates data from BAS, automated fault detection diagnostic engines, maintenance programs, and capital planning processes to develop life-cycle analyses and recommendations for repair vs. replacement decisions.
• Support all efforts in the execution of site level Asset Management & Reliability programs and processes to effectively increase machine / facility system reliability and compliance.
• Conducts program and system / equipment audits on a periodic and as needed basis focused on safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance effectiveness, cost savings, and energy conservation.
• Supports JLL operational compliance program and follows company safety and health guidelines and other company policies.
• Coordinates the use of other engineers, technicians, and third-party resources to accomplish the objective of cost-effective Asset Management & Reliability improvements for maintenance and projects.
