job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProcess payroll on a weekly basis. Calculate wages deductions bonuses and overtime based on employee records. Ensure compliance with local state and federal tax regulations. Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues as they arise. Maintain payroll records and reports for auditing purposes. Proven payroll / timekeeping experience in work history. Previous experience within the construction industry strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and tax regulations. Proficient in Excel especially with formulas and pivot tables. Timerack and Avionte experience a plus. Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing. Must be comfortable being employee facing. Competitive Salary : Expect a base salary at / above market median.
