We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our Port St. Lucie location.

ROLE

The Registered Nurse (RN) Level 2 in Behavioral Health is responsible for providing compassionate, patient-centered collaborative care activities to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. This role involves interacting with the patients, completing verbal interactions to provide education, support, care coordination, and therapeutic communication. This collaborative care service will support our patients to help them navigate treatment plans, manage medications, and / or provide education to better understand their illness, which will promote mental well-being, support optimal wellness and recovery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct brief assessments of patients’ mental and emotional health.
• Review, gather and document current concerns through verbal interactions.
