General Description

We’re seeking a dedicated Night Auditor with a passion for guest service to ensure seamless overnight operations and deliver exceptional hospitality.

As a Night Auditor, you will provide top-quality hospitality services, contributing to an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out while performing accurate nightly audits. You’ll be the face of Wythe Hotel, creating memorable first impressions and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and guest accounts with precision.
• Handle check-ins / check-outs and resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Answer telephones with proper etiquette : managing transfers, holds, and messages courteously.
• Ensure accurate billing, adhering to hotel credit policies for foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash.
• Communicate relevant guest feedback to the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors.
• Assist other departments as needed, maintaining a collaborative spirit.
• Provide informative and helpful guidance about hotel facilities.
• Perform quality work within deadlines, with or without direct supervision.
