Aeris is looking for a senior technology leader who will drive our front-end user experiences in the age of GenAI. This is a unique role that covers all product areas including IoT Accelerator, IoT Watchtower, and Automotive Connected Vehicle Cloud. This VP role requires exceptional technical strength and a proven ability to innovate, shaping intelligent, user-centric experiences and embedding AI-driven insights to deliver impactful, differentiated solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise User Experience, Front-end technologies, Data visualization, GenAI, IoT, and technology innovation, with a proven record of leading complex SaaS initiatives and transforming market needs into successful, forward-thinking, and actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and evolve product vision across IoT Accelerator, Watchtower, and Mobility Suite.
• Identify paths to embed AI / GenAI-driven capabilities, including anomaly detection, RAG-powered insights, and smart automation in connectivity & security flows.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may also be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to : relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The salary range for this role is $250,000 to $300,000. Aeris also offers a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
