Xavier Universitys Department of Occupational Therapy invites applications for an administrative assistant to provide proactive and efficient support to our team and processes. The ideal person for the job is a problem-solver who displays initiative excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. The successful candidate will demonstrate effective technology use time management resourcefulness and the ability to multi-task with a commitment to excellence in the functioning of a dynamic health care program. This is a full-time hourly position requiring 100% onsite work with a schedule of37.5 hoursper week. The anticipated start date for this position is mid-January 2026.
