Summary

In this role, we seek a meticulous and collaborative individual, as the Graphic Designer will be responsible for assisting with graphic design support for different internal projects. They assist in the creation and execution of visually compelling materials that support internal campaigns, employee engagement, and leadership messaging. Key responsibilities include crafting presentation decks, producing internal marketing, preparing files for final distribution, and ensuring visual consistency across all internal communications. This role works closely with creative leads, copywriters, and internal customers to bring concepts to life.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in conceptualizing, ideating, sketching, and designing future marketing concepts for upcoming presentations, projects and milestones alongside creative, visual merchandising and copy leads.
  • Provide on-call design support to concept team daily refining concepts and deliver creative solutions.
  • Ability to work through multiple applications in a timely manner to gain insight and establish creative marketing for deliverables daily.
  • Responsible for working w / design and visual function leads on organizing, cleaning design files in preparation for art release to vendors and cross-functional partners.
  • Ensure all designs maintain visual consistency, align with brand guidelines, and support the strategic goals of internal communications.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience designing and conceptualizing design for big brands
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and other design tools
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding principles
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
