Accounting Clerk (Part-time)

As a trusted name in the industry, we are committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations, we are looking for a part-time Accounting Clerk for our Joliet location.

PART-TIME POSITION ACCOUNTING CLERK AVAILABLE-MON-FRI 8AM-NOON

Job Duties :

• Morning collection of funds received from parts / service / finance from Chevy, Mazda, and Subaru to create a daily deposit.
• Posting bank statements, including credit cards, insurance checks for body repair, and 3rd party payments.
• Daily review of open items on cash schedules.
• Receipting / balancing deposits, electronic scanning of checks, direct to bank.
• Review and distribution of completed repairs daily to individual departments for follow-up on warranty / extended warranty submission and collection by those individuals.
• Assisting with scanning documents as needed.
• Petty cash reconciliation and replenishment.
