job_description.job_card.job_description100,000 Weekly Pay via direct deposit or pay card 401(k) with 4% company match Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Basic life , long-term disability , and AD&D insurance Optional coverages : Short-term disability, supplemental life, accident, hospital indemnity, and identity theft protection Safety equipment provided Online access to pay stubs and earnings Key Responsibilities Lead and support propane operations across Texas from the Addison office Plan and coordinate field operations to meet business objectives and service timelines Maintain consistent communication with field personnel, senior management, and customers Track operational performance and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements Oversee yard and shop organization in line with company standards Collaborate with HR, DOT, and Safety departments to implement compliance programs, resolve employee issues, and support disciplinary processes Address operational challenges including driver delays, missing BOLs, and customer service concerns Recommend process improvements related to technology, logistics, and systems Serve as the main liaison between corporate leadership and field operations Ideal Candidate Proven experience in operations management , logistics , or propane / oil field services Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage teams, schedules, and operational priorities Familiar with DOT compliance , safety protocols , and industry regulations Proficient in Microsoft 365 and capable of navigating operational software platforms to support logistics, compliance, and team coordination.
