Senior Business Systems Analyst - Anaplan

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical / application support and troubleshooting for existing Anaplan models, working closely with end-users to resolve system-related issues while maintaining data accuracy
• Help drive the product roadmap for Anaplan in collaboration with technology & finance leadership. Communicate product vision regularly through detailed, written product requirements, roadmap documents and presentations.
• Partner with ends users in FP&A, Finance, and other teams to configure Anaplan to meet process, functional and security requirements for existing & future use cases.
• Define & communicate the ongoing application support model consisting of business users, IT personnel, and 3rd party resources as applicable
• Enable business users and IT personnel in Anaplan platform through training, knowledge transfer, and day to day issue resolution
• Work with vendor partners to advocate for desired enhancements and to stay informed of new product / platform capabilities as they become available
• Help drive continuous functional & technical improvement across the Anaplan platform
• Identifies future opportunities to leverage the platform across other corporate functions and business units and incorporate into product roadmap

Location : Candidates must be local to Boston, MA, this position requires some onsite collaboration.

Pay Range : $125k - $165k depending on experience and scope.
