A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Senior Software Engineer.
Position Type : Full-Time, Contract to Hire
Duration : 3 months
Location : Englewood, CO- 80112 (Onsite)
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will :
- Design user interfaces for customer-facing tools (portals, IVR, chatbots, dashboards).
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Design and develop AWS Connect contact flows and IVR systems.
- Integrate AWS Connect with third-party apps (Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Use AWS services (Lambda, Lex, Polly, CloudWatch) for automation and customization.
- Build user-friendly interfaces and backend logic for customer service tools.
- Develop and test prototypes for new features
- Monitor performance of AWS Connect solutions.
- Analyze KPIs like first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Work with product, IT, and customer service teams.
- Mentor junior designers and developers.
- Act as a subject matter expert in AWS Connect and UX / UI
- Participate in iterative design and development cycles
The ideal candidate will have :
Strong UX / UI design principles.Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.Deep knowledge of AWS Connect and related services.Experience with serverless architecture and AWS Lambda.AWS certifications preferredProficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Experience with backend logic using AWS LambdaStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with customer behavior analytics and service optimizationExcellent communication and collaboration skills.Leadership and mentoring experienceFamiliarity with Agile methodologies.Experience with tools like Jira and TrelloThank you!

Pay Range
