A financially strong multi-specialty group of 400 providers located 90 miles east of San Francisco is seeking to add an additional outpatient psychiatrist based on growth and increased patient demand. This is a quality first, stable organization with low turnover and a collegial practice environment. The practice provides a physician friendly work / life balance in a safe community environment with an affordable cost of living. Additional information includes :

• Outpatient only with some telework available
• 4-4.5 days per week with low paperwork demands
• Starting base is $303,000 with two year guarantee with RVU bonus
• Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing
• Group paid malpractice with no tail
• Full health, dental vision, life disability, relocation, sign on
• 12% 401K with no matching required
• RVU based comp starting the 2nd year
• Loan or mortgage assistance up to $150,000
• Residency stipend possible
