Travel RN - Cath Lab / EP

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab / EP position with strong vascular and cardiac experience, NC or compact RN license, and BLS / ACLS certification.

Job Details

• Position is in a hospital Cath Lab / EP / Vascular Lab environment,
• 12 beds in prep / recovery, 2 Cath Labs, 1 Vascular Lab, 1 EP Lab,
• Patient types include cardiac, STEMI, Afib ablation, device placements, and various vascular diagnoses,
• Heavy vascular responsibilities including angiograms, venograms, TAVR, EVAR, and interventional cases,
• RN will circulate and monitor only, functioning independently in a blended lab,
• Epic EMR required,
• Uses Alaris IV pumps, Omnicell medication dispensing, Philips monitors, Merge Hemo, and Siemens Xray equipment,
• 10-hour day shifts starting at 0700, 40 hours per week,
• Weekend and call coverage determined by department needs and discussed in the interview,
• Call back time is 1 hour for Vascular and 30 minutes for STEMI cases,
• No floating required,
• Schedule operates on a 4-week cycle,
