Responsibilities

The Tax Specialist will report to the Tax Senior. You will work closely with other team members and the tax return preparers to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all tax deliverables for the Bracebridge managed structure including both onshore and offshore master-feeder fund structures.

• Preparation related to :

Computations of partnership taxable income, partnership book and tax allocations, tax estimates, Schedule K-1s and tax returns.

Qualifications

Current anticipated annual base salary range : $90,000 - $110,000

Base salary within the range will be determined by various factors including but not limited to the individuals experience, skills and qualifications.
