Senior Business Systems Analyst

Summary :

Provides leadership and coordination of IT department teams and project teams; organizes and executes projects; participates in vendor evaluation and system implementation activities; works directly with business owners and IT team members to assess and document business processes, requirements and recommend process improvements; directs systems testing activities; Manages employees; supports the IT needs of various business units while ensuring that the technology solutions and systems align with the needs and objectives of the business and organization. Starting salary is $112,528.

Qualifications :

Required Education and Experience

1. Doctorate degree in computer science, engineering, data science, management information systems or a related field; or

2. Master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, management information systems or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time computer systems or business systems analyst experience; or

3. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, management information systems or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time computer systems or business systems analyst experience; or

4. Associates degree in computer science, engineering, data science, management information systems or a related field and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time computer systems or business systems analyst experience; or

5. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma with a diploma or certificate in a computer science, or related field and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time computer systems or business systems analyst experience.
