Compensation

Local Pay : $49$56 per hour

Travel Pay : $1,700$1,978 weekly take-home (equivalent to $59$69 per hour)

Duties

Provide therapy services to students with a variety of physical, developmental, and academic needs.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Assess fine motor skills, sensory integration, and functional needs to support student success.

Document progress, maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, and participate in IEP meetings.

Requirements

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (or higher)

Active Colorado OT license (or eligibility for licensure)

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
