A minimum of 5 years' college-level instructional administrative experience and 3 years' of college-level teaching experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the diverse backgrounds of community college students and employees, as well as knowledge of the mission, programs, and policies of the California Community Colleges.
