Industrial Electrician

Title :  Industrial Electrician

Location : Fontana, CA

Rate :  $35-$40 / hr

Terms : 6-month contract to direct hire with full benefits, PTO, holidays, etc.

General Purpose

The primary purpose of the Electrician role is to assist with and install retail and commercial solar energy systems in accordance with company quality standards and all applicable industry and safety requirements, while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.

Accountabilities

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all installations are completed safely and in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Identify and report hazards or incidents to the appropriate safety representative.
• Participate in safety inspections, audits, and investigations as required.
• Conduct Job Site Assessments (JSA) / daily toolbox meetings and return required documentation as directed.
• Always wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure PPE, ladders, tools, and safety equipment are properly used and maintained.
• Perform regular safety checks on vehicles, tools, and equipment used on-site.
