Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role

Significant experience in customer-facing delivery functions within a fast-paced startup of 50 to 500 employees

Strong business judgment and decision-making skills in ambiguous situations

Demonstrated ability to partner with executive teams to translate goals into actionable plans

Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone
