Position : Senior Category Manager- Direct Procurement

Compensation : $90,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location : Lewisville, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties :

• Develop and maintain a 3–5 year Strategica Category Plan
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs
• Build strong relationships with key vendors
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with top suppliers
• Lead strategic sourcing events for towing and subletting services
• Negotiate contracts focusing on rate optimization
• Translate strategy into contracts, policies, and execution
• Assess and mitigate risks related to vendor capacity
• Explore innovative solutions like digital dispatch
• Benchmark against industry leaders for service improvement
