This is an IT Service Management contract in support of GENM-O’s mission to enable information dominance from the tactical edge to the home station for the Army, DoD, National Command Authority, and international partners by acquiring, implementing, and sustaining strategic satellite and terrestrial communication systems, and by leveraging technologies to meet current and future requirements.  AGUN is to design, procure, maintain, deploy, and transition a Global SDN solution in accordance with applicable Army policies and regulations. The AGUN-INC1 TO will provide a unified approach to ensure standardized deployments and configurations at multiple locations throughout the globe.

To be successful in this position you need to be collaborative and willing to work within a team. While you will need to be a self-starter completing tasks on your own, working together is critical in this role. You will be interfacing with the client and senior staff. Therefore, you should be articulate in your communications because your opinion matters. You will need to explain technical intricacies in a way that is easily understood.

Business Operations Analyst : Prepares, updates, and maintains program documentation, reports, plans, and CUI compliance. Develops and provides a monthly IT Financial Report that consists of monthly expenditures, projected monthly expenditures and labor hours, Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) funds and cost, and burn rates. Participates in Budget Briefings. Works with task leads to perform root cause analysis on missed performance measures and identify remediation and long-term solutions. Executes performance reviews at the request of the Government. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities in business intelligence analysis.

The likely salary range for this position is $83,785 - $113,357. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
