- Associate degree or vocational training in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a chemical plant, foundry, or industrial environment preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of chemical handling, wastewater treatment, and process analysis.
- Prior training in safety, environmental compliance, or quality assurance is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes, testing methods, and plant maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting chemical or mechanical plant systems.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and logs.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
