Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Support the Teams management in coordinating and managing the groups event schedule, conference rooms booking, and travel logistics when necessary.
- Work on team operations needs such as Purchase orders, budget tracking, Capital / lab / IT purchases
- Managing the Team's Confluence page, newsletters, training trackers, etc
- Manage executive meetings coordination.
- Support team office spending needs, monitor and replenish office supply inventory
- Support integration of new hire by coordinating office set-up, asset assignment, and other new hire logistics
- Collaborate with IT and Security management to track the status of our group's help desk tickets, and ensure timely resolution, including tracking and ordering of the groups laptop, desktop, and software needs
- Communicate key dates and information regarding Site Executive initiatives and activities
- Coordinate catering and supplies for internal and customer meetings
- Support other activities as necessary
