Key Responsibilities Serve as a Field Underwriter, assisting clients with their Life and Health insurance needs. Prepare and complete claims packets and related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Participate in all required training and maintain active insurance licenses. No cold calling - all leads are provided at no cost through our Salesforce Platform. Qualifications Must obtain a Life & Health License through the National Producer Registry for the State of North Carolina Department of Insurance. No prior insurance experience required - we provide comprehensive training. Strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and a desire to help others succeed. Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to meet goals. Compensation This is a performance-based, 100% commission position. First-year agents average approximately $60,000 annually, with significant growth potential based on individual effort and results.
