Marketing Operations Specialist

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day needs of our marketing team. You'll take care of tasks that keep everything on tracklike booking travel, keeping track of merchandise inventory, and organizing our content library. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and happy wearing many hats, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for marketing initiatives, including travel, accommodations, and team off-sites
• Own our branded merchandise programincluding inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and fulfillment
• Organize and maintain content and brand asset libraries, ensuring accessibility and version control
• Support marketing campaigns, launches, and content production through scheduling, planning, and coordination
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
• Assist with event and tradeshow logistics, shipping, and budget tracking
• Maintain and improve marketing systems (e.g., content calendars, file systems, dashboards)
• Handle administrative needs such as expense reporting, scheduling, and internal documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements to keep the marketing team running smoothly
