The Cafe Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food / beverage items from our café to our employees and customers. The Café Server will also process transactions, monitor inventory, maintain a clean work environment, and notify the AFW management team of any issues that may occur.

17 / hour!

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays as business dictates.
  • Professional Appearance.
  • Knowledge of our company values of accountability, honesty and safety for our employees and customers.

Job Expectations :

  • Commitment to AFW’s safety policies and procedures and ability to promote awareness.
  • Ability to accurately handle cash.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Friendly attitude with great customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills.
  • All training provided by AFW.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Requires the ability to maneuver in confined and at times congested areas.
  • Requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, & bend for 8 hours or more daily.
  • Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back.

    • Physical Work Environment :

  • Fluorescent Lighting.
  • Long periods of sitting and standing.
  • Concrete Flooring.

    Pay Grade A : $16.00-$26.91
