- looking for a senior person to come in with a lot of experience in performance tuning, SQL, Azure, SSR, SSRS, reporting
- lead the swat calls, problem resolution, documentation, custom tools that they use : high volume replication, Delfix
- most of their environment is 82% on prem, but they have AutoNation apps where they have some servers in Azure. AutoNation Mobile services has apps on Azure / AWS
- Looking for DBAs specifically
- Delphix and HVR are ideal but not a deal breaker
