The Company is seeking an Executive Director for the Pacific Islands Guam region. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a four-year college degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience. The role requires strong communication, influencing, and public speaking skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement fundraising strategies. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and experience in disaster-prone areas, public relations, and networking within the local community is a competitive edge. The ideal candidate will be adept at working in a team, have a current valid driver's license, and be prepared for occasional travel and the physical demands of the role.
