Must-Have : Commitment to work in multiple locations

Description :

• 3 - 12 hour shifts with 2 Saturdays per month.
• Minimum of once per week stand-by from 7 PM to 7 AM on weekdays.
• Once per month stand-by on Sunday from 7 AM to 7 AM on Monday.
• Once per month back-up stand-by on Sunday from 7 AM to 7 AM on Monday.
• Will be required to work across multiple locations.
• May also include duties in long-term acute care facilities.
• All staff are required to stay and complete a 3rd "dialysis" shift on most days.
