Field Merchandising Specialist

Description

Your hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends and / or holidays based on store / client requirements. This role involves executing multiple job functions as agreed upon.

You will :

Maintain professional interaction with customers and store employees.

Work closely with store staff regarding shelf maintenance and appropriate merchandising standards.

Work Independently in a fast-paced environment.

Use a smartphone for various tasks, such as clocking in and out, taking and uploading photos, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet.

Participate in training and certification programs.

Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems.

Flexibly participate in team-scheduled calls, tasks, and client work-along.

Qualifications :

Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and automobile liability insurance.

Ability to transport and carry essential work materials.

Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Ability to Read and Execute Store Planograms

Responsible, Reliable and Dependable

Physical Requirements :

Bending, standing, walking, stooping, and squatting.

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. consistently throughout the day.

Comfortable climbing ladders and using hand tools.
