About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join a growing company based in Carlsbad. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and eager to play a key role in driving the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to generate leads

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients

Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs

Track sales activities and maintain accurate records

Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm

Compensation :

Base Pay : $20 / hour

High commission potential (Up to $3,000 / month)

Location : Hybrid work schedule

Office is located in Carlsbad, CA

Need to live local to San Diego

Qualifications :

Bilingual (Spanish / English) highly preferred, but not required

Strong passion for sales and business development

Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach

Experience in financial services, freight factoring, logistics, insurance, or B2B services is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
