Location : Atlanta GA / Charlotte NC (3 days Hybrid Initially then Onsite Only Local Candidates)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Middleware Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in middleware technologies application integration and infrastructure support within large-scale enterprise environments. This role requires both hands-on technical leadership and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Middleware platform operations and integration initiatives.
• Design implement and maintain enterprise middleware infrastructure (WebSphere WebLogic JBOSS Tomcat etc.).
• Oversee deployment configuration tuning and troubleshooting of middleware applications.
• Collaborate with development infrastructure and security teams to ensure high availability and performance.
• Perform root cause analysis capacity planning and proactive issue prevention.
• Automate middleware operations and deployments using scripts or CI / CD pipelines.
• Provide mentorship guidance and technical oversight to junior engineers and support staff.
• Maintain documentation SOPs and adherence to change management processes.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24 / 7 production support as needed.
