Kentro is seeking a Business Analyst to support a DOD SOCOM EDAT program. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes and financial data develop data-driven recommendations and provide analytical and administrative support for both operational and fiscal activities.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Evaluate current project-related business processes identify gaps and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
• Support project management activities including meeting coordination agenda development and documentation.
• Develop and maintain project-specific business process documentation use cases and reports.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure project requirements are accurately translated into system and software solutions.
• Support budget formulation execution and tracking for project funding.
• Assist in preparing project spend plans financial forecasts and budget justifications.
• Monitor and reconcile project expenses obligations and expenditures.
• Develop financial reports and dashboards to support project leadership decision-making.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure compliance with government fiscal policies and funding timelines.
• Identify financial risks analyze variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain project financial health.
