About the Role :

U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our growing reporting and analytics needs. This role is critical in extracting, modeling, analyzing, and reporting on company data to drive business performance metrics. You’ll work closely with operational and executive teams, ensuring data is leveraged effectively for strategic decision-making. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in UI design for Tableau dashboards. If you’re a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for data, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Location : Houston - Remote - Must live in Texas prefer Houston area

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

What You’ll Do :

• Design key metrics and standardized reports to aid business leaders in decision-making.
• Analyze data trends and provide concise, well-written summaries.
• Write T-SQL queries to extract data from various USLS systems.
• Collaborate with executives, management, and technical teams to align data solutions with business needs.
• Provide subject matter expertise across multiple projects and phases of the development lifecycle.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and queries using business intelligence tools while adhering to established frameworks.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and projects.
• Recommend visualization solutions for complex business problems that are easy to interpret.
• Maintain and improve documentation and procedures for report design and production.
