Position Title : Specialty Recruiter

Location : Plano, TX 75024

Contract duration : 3 to 6 months Contract with possible extension or conversion to fulltime

Payrate : $35.14 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Qualify new requisitions to ensure information accuracy and job descriptions align with global guidance.
• Lead requirement intake calls with hiring managers and provide guidance on recruitment processes, controls, and policies.
• Proactively map talent, create, manage, and maintain candidate talent pools; operate as a market specialist.
• Source and pipeline qualified candidates through multiple channels, with support from sourcing partners as needed.
• Evaluate, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Partner with the interview scheduling team to coordinate candidate interviews with hiring teams.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through consistent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Share hiring manager feedback promptly and manage candidate disposition in real time.
• Act as a subject matter expert, influencing decision-making and effectively managing hiring manager and candidate expectations.
• Conduct pre-offer discussions with candidates and take ownership of offer negotiation and management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and compensation teams to ensure all offer approvals are completed.
• Present and update senior client groups on recruiting activity and handle escalations effectively.
