A company is looking for a Human Resources - Talent Management Student Program participant. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design, coordination, and evaluation of talent programs Support data collection, analysis, and reporting related to talent metrics Help maintain and update talent systems and tools Required Qualifications Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university Ability to work 24 hours per week, year-round Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field Currently a Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior at an accredited college or university at the time of hire Strong interest in talent development and HR strategy
