Position : Payroll Coordinator

Location : Miramar, FL

Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Type : Onsite, Temp to Hire

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for compiling and processing payroll data for corporate employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments via the Shared Services Department. Key duties include reviewing time data in UKG, managing salary adjustments, calculating commissions, auditing payroll, and handling high volumes of employee inquiries.

Requires 2+ years of multi-state payroll experience, strong knowledge of payroll processes and taxes, and proficiency in Excel. SAP experience is a plus. The role demands strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, with occasional extended hours due to the critical nature of payroll deadlines.
