What You’ll Do

Assist with the planning and execution of charity events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs

Support event logistics including setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and onsite management

Engage directly with donors , supporters , and community members to raise awareness and encourage participation

Help manage event materials , supplies, and communications to ensure smooth operations

Track and update donor data , assist with reporting, and support follow-up activities

Collaborate with nonprofit partners and internal teams to ensure successful event outcomes

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge

Previous event experience is a plus, but not required
