We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Field Operations Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of our field operations in the Oklahoma City market. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to develop high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering quality service and results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, hire, train, and manage a team of field technicians and installers
- Ensure optimal staffing levels and coordinate scheduling
- Drive performance across sales and technical skillsets
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to keep field staff fully equipped
- Analyze performance data and implement operational improvements
- Identify trends and opportunities to optimize field operations
- Conduct annual performance reviews and coach team members for growth
What You Bring
5+ years of team management experience, preferably in the home services industryProven leadership and coaching skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesCritical thinking and effective problem-solving skillsClear, confident communication styleValid driver’s license (Minimum of 5 years)What We Offer
